No Return Only Replacement Policy

1. Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Gekha. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return the item(s) within [X] days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for returning the item(s).
  3. Package the item(s) securely and affix the return shipping label to the package.
  4. Drop off the package at your nearest shipping carrier location.
  5. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange.

3. Refunds

We will notify you via email once your return has been received and processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer's processing time.

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process outlined above and indicate your preference for an exchange when contacting our customer service team. Exchanges are subject to availability.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return or exchange, including:

  • Downloadable software products
